Where We Ship

Barnapole ships to all U.S. states and all international destinations where shipment is legally permitted.

Note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. If you have questions about a specific region, please contact us before ordering.

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
  • No processing on weekends or major holidays.

Methods & Rates

We automatically select the best rate from major carriers.

  • Standard or Expedited options at checkout.
  • Free shipping available on qualifying items.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email immediately upon dispatch.

International

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Issues with your shipment?

Damaged or Lost

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@barnapole.com within 48 hours with photos. While carrier responsibility applies after handover, we will assist with claims whenever possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipments will require a new purchase.
