Returns Eligibility
We want you to be confident in your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
Items that show signs of use, installation, modification, or damage not caused by shipping are not eligible for return.
NonReturnable Items
For safety and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or installed
- Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Clearance or finalsale items (if applicable)
How to Start a Return

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping labels. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- A defective product, or
- A shipping error made by Barnapole
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Barnapole is not responsible for lost return shipments
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@barnapole.com
Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
If approved:
- We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion
- Barnapole will assist with carrier claims when applicable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (nonrefundable)
Refunds for international orders exclude original shipping costs.
Incorrect Orders or Address Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer are not eligible for refund
- Reshipments require a new purchase
Wholesale & Distributor Orders
