Barnapole HD Blade Lifetime Limited Warranty

Barnapole warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a lifespan of the blade by the original purchaser.

This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only to Barnapole HD blades purchased directly from Barnapole or from an authorized Barnapole retailer or distributor.

Barnapole Limited Warranty

Barnapole warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Barnapole or from an authorized Barnapole retailer or distributor.

What These Warranties Cover

The Limited Warranties cover:

• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship that arise under normal, intended use

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed during the warranty period, Barnapole will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
• Issue store credit

What These Warranties Do Not Cover

The Limited Warranties do not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use, misuse, or abuse
• Use of the product for purposes other than its intended marine application
• Improper installation, handling, storage, or maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, or environmental conditions
• Corrosion, cosmetic wear, electrolysis or surface discoloration resulting from normal marine exposure
• Damage caused by chemicals, cleaners, or tools not recommended by Barnapole

Products that show signs of use beyond intended purposes, or alteration are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Who Is Covered

Barnapole’s Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact: support@barnapole.com

Include:

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video demonstrating the defect

Barnapole may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a claim. Return instructions will be provided if required.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

• If a warranty claim is approved, Barnapole will cover return shipping only when required.
• Barnapole is not responsible for shipping costs associated with claims that are denied.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Barnapole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or repair costs to surrounding structures or equipment.
• Barnapole’s total liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

These Limited Warranties are the sole and exclusive warranties provided by Barnapole.

All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this disclaimer may not apply to you.

Governing Law

Limited Warranties shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Wholesale & Commercial Use

Products sold to distributors, retailers, or commercial users may be subject to separate warranty terms as outlined in contracted agreements.
